Garments spray booth work
This pp spray cabinet made by ECM Services and it is used for jeans pp spray process.
Cabin for manually spraying and brushing garments. Equipped with an extraction cabin and all the accessories necessary for manually spraying and brushing.
It can have from 1 to 6 mannequins, depending on the type and size, one or more centrifugal fans, a differential pressure switch for signaling filter clogging, a lighting system, and an electrical panel.
Not only it can help to increase the working efficiency but aslo improve the working environment.

Steam Boiler Project
A steam boiler heats water to generate steam using combustion of fuel. Steam boilers can be classified in various ways such as by orientation, pressure, circulation method, and fuel type.
Fire tube boilers have tubes that carry hot flue gases from the firebox through the boiler where the gases transfer heat to surrounding water. Water tube boilers have tubes that carry water and are surrounded by hot flue gases transferring heat to the water. Compared to fire tube boilers, water tube boilers can operate at higher pressures and generate steam at higher rates but require more maintenance.
The industrial and commercial hot water boilers are constructed from materials like stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and carbon steel.

Boundary Wall Electric Lights work
The project involved installation of complete electrical lighting system along the boundary wall area. High quality outdoor LED lights were installed to ensure maximum visibility and security.
Proper underground wiring and protective conduit system were used for safety and durability.
Weatherproof distribution boxes and circuit protection systems were installed.
The project enhanced night time security and improved overall site visibility. All electrical work was carried out according to safety standards and company requirements. Load calculation and proper power distribution planning were carefully executed.

Dalda Renovation and Paint Project
We successfully completed comprehensive renovation and refurbishment works at the Dalda facility, focusing on improving the functionality, appearance, and overall environment of the designated areas. The project included renovation, painting, interior improvements, and various finishing works carried out with attention to quality, functionality, and professional standards.
As part of the project, we developed and organized a dedicated meeting room and project room to provide a professional, comfortable, and functional workspace. The rooms were planned and arranged to create an efficient environment for meetings.
Renovation works were also carried out in the washroom, including tile installation and related improvement works to enhance its functionality and appearance.

Fabrication of Metal Free Zone
ECMS successfully carried out the fabrication and installation of the Metal Free Zone at Siddiqsons, comprising a professionally engineered metal-framed partitioning system designed to create a structured, functional, and clearly defined workspace.
The scope of work included Aluminum frame fabrication, partition framework installation, alignment, and finishing, integrated with the existing facility infrastructure.
The work was executed with a focus on precision, durability, safety, and quality workmanship, ensuring a clean and efficient industrial environment.
